Description

Solían criar algún cerdo, le daban de comer en invierno los restos de la hoja de la berza o pella, en verano hojas de olmo o de espigas. Se mataba en invierno, le quitaba todas la vísceras para limpiar, eso se hacía con el frío para evitar las moscas. Las partes se guardaban en sal. El matarife solía ser uno de Berriosuso, en Berrioplano había otro.
