En Torralba había un estanco que, además de tabaco, también vendía alimentos. En esa época la mayoría de la comida que consumían se sacaba de las huertas. Todas las semanas venían vendedores de miel con unas caballerías. Además, hubo un bar en la plaza que también era tienda.
