Description

La matanza del cerdo era un día de fiesta, se empezaba por la mañana, una vez muerto el animal le quemaban la piel y se colgaba. En el pueblo había personas encargadas de la matanza. En su casa hacían las morcillas y los chorizos que se metían en adobo con pimentón, los jamones se guardaban en sal.
