Durante el franquismo se continuó con la Junta Local del Movimiento, que estaba formada por el cura, que controlaba lo que podía hacer cada uno. En esa época todo era pecado, las parejas no podían ir por la calle agarradas de la mano, cualquier cosa que hacían o decían era considerado pecado mortal.
