El recreo era a las 9:00 y duraba media hora. En ese tiempo se almorzaba y se jugaba a justicias y ladrones o a pelota, en el frontón que se construyó en 1926 y que tenía mucha actividad. El almuerzo lo llevaba cada uno de casa, algo de queso por ejemplo.
