Intangible cultural heritage (intangible cultural heritage) is the inheritance of China's five thousand years of outstanding civilization. This human-based sustainable cultural transmission determines that intangible cultural heritage has a unique inheritance experience value. Existing studies have focused on the value of intangible cultural heritage in culture, tourism and economy, but ignored the experience value of its living inheritance. Based on the anthropological literature, this article puts forward the definition and characteristics of intangible cultural heritage living inheritance, combined with the theoretical framework of experience value, and uses grounded theory to identify the five-dimensional structural system of intangible cultural heritage living inheritance experience value. The qualitative measurement points were refined into a scale, and based on the expert Q-sorting test, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 259 experiences of the intangible cultural heritage experience project. Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, empirical test and confirmation of the five-dimensional structure of intangible cultural heritage living inheritance. The results show that cognitive value, contextual value, and economic value imply the explicit participation needs of intangible cultural heritage experiences, while living value and inheritance value are new experience values of intangible cultural heritage. The value of intangible heritage living inheritance experience provides theoretical guidance for the resource planning of cultural tourism destinations, intangible cultural heritage experience product design, and cultural inheritance and development.
