Description

La matanza del cerdo era como un día de fiesta. Por la mañana venía el matarife, colgaban al animal y hacían morcillas con la sangre. Daban presentes del cerdo a los familiares más cercanos. Ese día los hombres hacían un almuerzo especial con el hígado asado.
