Cuando había “ezkurras” y “pagaxi”, se llevaban los cerdos al monte. Los cerdos se hacían gordos ahí, pero no eran buenos para comer, había que limpiarles: se les tenía una temporada en casa a base de maíz para que se curara mejor la carne.
