En Unzué había escuela de chicos y de chicas. En esa época el aprendizaje era muy básico, les cambiaban de maestra continuamente porque eran interinas. En las paredes de la escuela había un crucifijo, una foto de Franco y una imagen de los Arizu que habían donado dinero para la construcción de la escuela.
