Description

En años anteriores, se encontraban más charcuterías que carnicerías. Entre ellos estaban los Rupertinez, de Víctor Castillo o el de una mujer llamada Celia. Ahora solo queda una carnicería. Le llamaban matachín al matarife. Los cerdos que cada uno tenía en sus casas lo tenían que llevar al matadero y allí el matachín y el llamado Lozano se encargaban de matarlo a gusto de cada uno.
