Aunque en realidad todos eran pobres, los que tenían casa grande y/o tierras eran considerados como ricos. Al que tenía estudios se le trataba de “Don” y al que tenía tierras o casa “señor”. Todos sabían el puesto que ocupaba en el escalafón social y eso quedaba claro en los días de auzolan que correspondía a cada uno: el más rico tenía más días que los más pobres.
