Antes de crear la bodega en el mes de septiembre el ayuntamiento subastaba trabajo para cargar el vino, el “Garapito”. El mes de octubre venían los “Garapiteros”; eran cuatro, tres para transportar los pellejos y uno para medir el vino. Lo cuenta con detalle, explicando medidas etc.
