Description

Mataban el cerdo en casa. Venían los matarifes temprano (los hermanos Apesteguía) y lo mataban. Ese día hacían las morcillas. Al día siguiente el embutido, tres calidades diferentes (chorizo, longaniza y birika). Ponían los jamones y el tocino en sal y el lomo en aceite.
