Mataban tres cerdos y hacían mondongos, relleno para fiestas (hacia el final del corte cuenta cómo lo preparaban), morcillas (las hacían con arroz, canela, especia y trozos de manteca). Tenían jamones colgando en el granero. Hacían embutido.
