En Astrain había una persona que arreglaba zapatos, se llamaba Segundo y también cosía. Hubo varios herradores y un herrero, les llevaban los animales a herrar. Recuerda un guarnicionero aragonés, aunque estuvo poco tiempo en el pueblo.
