Con la gente de los pueblos de la zona no se llevaban mal, de hecho, mucha gente de Añorbe trabajaba en el campo en Tirapu. Si que había algunas riñas, pero eran solo escarceos entre chavales. A los de Añorbe les llamaban "Añorbeses" y los de Tirapu "Tirapucos".
