Description

Otra norma que quiso aplicar el secretario fue la de la contribución. En esa época era habitual ayudarse en las cosechas, vino una norma del Gobierno de Navarra por la que se tenía que pagar un impuesto por ese trabajo, pero la gente no quería cumplir esa norma. En un principio, con el cambio de secretario se evitó pagar ese impuesto, pero al final se acabó implantando.
