Mataban dos o tres cerdos al año. El día de la matanza era una alegría, ese día todos ayudaban y también algún vecino. Entre varios agarraban al cerdo, el matarife lo mataba con un cuchillo, la piel la quemaban con ollagas y la limpiaban con agua caliente.
