Description

Mató al primer cerdo con 9 años. El día de la matanza estaban los de casa y a veces algún amigo. Mezclaban la carne de cerdo con ternera para hacer chorizos. Se quemaba con ollagas y se limpiaba con tejas. Después lo dejaban enfriar, "atiesar", en la calle.
