Description

El día de la matanza almorzaban asadurilla y mollejas con patatas e invitaban a los vecinos. Las morcillas y chorizos las hacían las mujeres al día siguiente. Los lomos se conservaban en aceite y manteca y el tocino y jamón se guardaba en la bodega. Se llevaba el presente al cura y al secretario.
