Description

Recuerda a su primo haciéndolo y a una persona experta del pueblo, ayudada por la gente, por ejemplo su padre. Las mujeres preparaban las morcillas. Tras un día de secado, se hacían las txistorras, el chorizo, la birika, la longaniza. Los perniles se dejaban en sal más de un mes, se levaban y se colgaban, en una despensa que tenían en casa.
