Description

En el campo se almorzaba pan con sardinas viejas o huevos. Al mediodía comían alguna tortilla o un poco de carne. Explica la técnica de la sega para poder coger mas cantidad de mies. Cenaban caldo de ajo con algún pimiento seco y migas de pan con huevo. Comían poca fruta y verdura.
