Description

Se mataban muchos animales en casa y el pollo era un alimento de lujo. Los pollos se llevaban a Salinas para castrarlos y hacer capones. Esos capones se engordaban mucho y luego se vendían por navidades en Pamplona junto a otros productos. Había costumbre de comprar en Manterola.
